Over the past 7 years I have created multiple catalogs and various special projects with Bloomingdale’s. Here’s a sampling of some of my favorite projects.
This season saw a collaboration with artist Greg Lamarche who created custom letters for an omnichannel seasonal campaign. Fashion trends at the time were focused on “mashup” culture. For inside display a mashup typography language was developed.
We created a suite of Bloomoticons (emojis) complete with a special logo design and mobile app for users to use the emojis. All over prints of the emojis were created for Bloomingdale’s merchandise. Pop-infused, perky display type was drawn.
Best of Men’s
As a contracted Associate Creative Director I oversaw the creation of multiple mens catalogs by Totem.
New Catalog Structure
Reconceived the structure of Bloomingdale’s catalogs, across all families of business, to promote a more unified message. Women’s and Men’s fashion were combined into a North-South Book. Home was polybagged with Fashion.
